What is this course about?
More than ever, the world needs thoughtful, responsible leadership – at all levels and in all sectors. Understanding cyber resilience and its implications for both how organizations operate and how different entities and ecosystems work together is now critical to strong leadership. Recognizing this fact, many organizations are looking to strengthen their leadership teams by actively recruiting cyber savvy professionals. In fact, boards of directors and top level management teams may soon be required by law to include individuals with strategic cyber expertise. This course will prepare you with the cyber governance and management skills you need to lead.

Are there any prerequisites?
Surprising as it may seem, no specific technical training, background or interest is required – being a cyber savvy leader is absolutely not about becoming a cyber expert! That said, to get the most out of this course, we do recommend having some prior professional experience and a working knowledge of the fundamental mechanisms for corporate governance and executive management.
How is this course structured?
This course includes eight live 90-minute sessions, assigned pre-readings, interactive executive-level exercises and weekly office hours. For now, we’re keeping it virtual. You’ll get a link to connect for each of the live sessions, where you will participate in an interactive classroom setup, and for office hours.
And how much is it going to cost me?
- Your Time: You’ll be committing to eight live 90-minute sessions and roughly 5 hours of pre-reading and preparation per session. You will also have access to weekly office hours. Drop us a line if you’d like to sign up for additional coaching outside of live sessions.

- Other Resources: For the live sessions, you’ll need a good internet connection and headphones.
